Meet Amelia!

Our Oomple team is growing and we’re so excited to welcome our newest fam member: Amelia Pushelberg, Talent Acquisition Manager. Here’s a small glimpse into what this superstar is bringing to the table.

With 5 years of talent acquisition experience under her belt, a dedication to helping people, a resourceful and ambitious attitude (we could go on…), hiring Amelia was a no-brainer. We already love how her positive and fun vibes make the office space feel even homier. She even got the team our very own, custom avatar/embarrassing picture mugs… hilarious!

What motivated you to choose Oomple?

“I’ve been following Oomple for almost 3 years on LinkedIn and I’ve been able to watch how they’ve grown as a company and really enjoyed their approach to bridging the gap between employers and consultants. I knew I wanted to be a part of that growth, mindset and team.”

What’s something fun that people might not know about you?

“I have a YouTube Channel called Not Your Average Wife where I film myself doing various projects around the house or car. There’s so many professional and scripted how-to’s, so I wanted to do something a little different and create content from a non-filtered perspective and just have fun with it!”

We love snackin’ here at Oomple, what’s your favourite office snack? 

“Goldfish all the way! Especially their pizza flavour, that’s a game-changer.”

“I’m a firm believer in asking for what you want instead of dwelling on it and overthinking things. The worst thing that could possibly happen is a No.”
